Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. judi365 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by member negligence, including sharing passwords.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which judi365 operates. Disputes that cannot be resolved through judi365 support escalation may be referred to binding arbitration as outlined in Section 14 below.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the judi365 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the judi365 Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. This requirement applies without exception. judi365 enforces this limit at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any stage. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. Members are solely responsible for verifying that online gaming is not prohibited in their jurisdiction before registering. judi365 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the member's own risk and judi365 reserves the right to close such accounts upon discovery.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on judi365. Multiple accounts in the same name, the same household, or using the same payment method are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, judi365 will retain the first-registered account, close subsequent accounts, and consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion following investigation.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. Members must provide a valid name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number during registration. These details must match the identity documents that may be requested for verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Credentials. Your username and password are personal to you. You must not disclose them to any third party. judi365 will never proactively ask for your password by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify judi365 support immediately via live chat at judi365.club. judi365 will suspend the Account pending investigation but will not accept liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting judi365 support. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Funds in the main Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. judi365 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee consistent with its published fee schedule to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before any fee is applied.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on judi365 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Malaysian payment channels.
5.2 Supported Payment Methods. judi365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. judi365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods with reasonable notice to members.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are communicated within the cashier section of your Account and may vary based on account verification level.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals process on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM MYT on a working day. judi365 does not charge withdrawal fees; any fees imposed by the receiving payment institution are the member's responsibility.
5.5 Verification. judi365 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in withdrawal suspension.
5.6 AML Compliance. judi365 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. judi365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that triggers its internal risk thresholds.
6.1 General. judi365 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and refer-a-friend incentives. All promotions are discretionary, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Bonus Wallet are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the relevant promotional terms.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution table applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion's specific terms.
6.4 Abuse. judi365 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low house-edge games exclusively to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics not consistent with genuine recreational play.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by judi365. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the member. Bets placed during a system error or at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided by judi365 at its discretion, with stakes returned to the member's Wallet.
7.2 Errors. Where a game or odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, judi365 reserves the right to void affected bets and restate correct figures. This right applies regardless of whether the error favoured judi365 or the member.
7.3 Sportsbook Specific Rules. Detailed rules governing specific sports markets — including settlement rules, void conditions, and result sources — are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Breach of this clause entitles judi365 to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report relevant details to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by law.
All content on judi365.club — including but not limited to game software, graphical assets, text, trademarks, logos, and the Platform architecture — is the intellectual property of judi365 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 judi365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi365 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
10.2 judi365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.3 judi365's aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by judi365's own gross negligence.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the judi365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with judi365, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. judi365 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements technical and organisational measures to protect member data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

14.1 Initial Contact. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the judi365 service, you should first contact support via live chat on judi365.club. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the complaint in writing to the judi365 compliance team at the email address displayed on the contact section of judi365.club. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and respond within ten (10) business days.
14.3 Arbitration. Disputes that remain unresolved following the escalation process described in Clause 14.2 may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The seat of arbitration and governing law shall be determined by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to judi365 at the relevant time.
